About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead the launch and ongoing success of this flagship location. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, client experience, and standards from day one... all while representing a brand renowned for quality and elegance.

What you will do

Drive the end-to-end operations of a brand-new store

Deliver a premium client experience, with a focus on relationship selling

Lead and mentor a high-performing retail team

Partner closely with head office, visual merchandisers and manufacturing to ensure stock flow, standards and storytelling are aligned

Drive sales through strong product knowledge and tailored client consultations

What you will bring

Proven leadership experience in the luxury or fine jewellery industry

A passion for design, craftsmanship and customer service excellence

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance

Experience opening new stores or setting up retail operations is highly regarded
