Full time position available at our Salisbury Centre.

Very attractive full-time salary, well above award including bonus and superannuation.

Total salary package of $98,000 to $101,000.

Essential requirements:

Fun-loving attitude, warm heart and children's advocate

Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Team Leader

Leadership experience - over 3 years desirable

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Working with Children Check

Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Excellent communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff

Innovative, creative, positive and motivated

Great personality with a professional manner and appearance

Enjoy being part of a positive goal oriented team

Passionate advocate for 0 to 6 year olds

Working knowledge of EYLF

Working knowledge of NQS

Highly desirable:

Management qualification (Diploma/Degree)

Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood, equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
