The Opportunity

A well-established, nationally recognised Project Management consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help drive commercial projects to success. With a diverse portfolio spanning both public and private sectors, you’ll be exposed to some of South Australia’s most exciting builds—from $30 million to $100 million in value.

The Role

Working closely with senior project leaders and clients, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing contract administration, superintendent and principal representative support
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and assisting with stakeholder coordination
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved
• Engaging with consultants, contractors and clients to support successful project outcomes.

The Like Mind

We’re keen to connect with professionals who bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the consulting, contracting or architectural sectors
• A clear understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• A desire to shift into a client-side role, if coming from the design or delivery side
