They've built a strong reputation by building a highly respected team known for their expertise, knowledge, care, and commitment - making them a trusted partner in the property development industry. With a diverse portfolio spanning across multiple sectors, they are now launching an exciting $140 million apartment development in Brisbane's inner suburbs.

To support this major project, our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Structures Foreman to take on a pivotal role in leading the structural delivery on site.

The successful candidate will come on board later this year, with interviews scheduled in the coming months for a Q4 appointment.

The Role

• As a Structures Foreman, you will join a well-established team and take responsibility for the overall management and on-site delivery of structural works. Working closely with the Project and Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring successful execution of the structural phase for a leading commercial construction company.

• Central location near the Brisbane CBD you will have full support from an established site team but given autonomy to run the structural components and trades of the project.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects up to $10m in a structures foreman or site management role

• Current First Aid Certificate required

• QBCC Site Supervisor License

• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively

• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar

• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
