Salary: Up to $200K package (based on experience)

They are now looking to appoint a Foreman to deliver a $60M high-end residential build on the waterfront in Wynnum. This is a 10-level apartment development (plus double basement), delivering 40 architecturally designed apartments.

About the Role As Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the build cycle:

• Site establishment and excavation
  
  
• Structural delivery and vertical progress
  
  
• Finishes, detailing, and quality assurance
  
  
• Handover and completion
  
  

You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced project team with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality without compromising on team wellbeing or work-life balance.

• Proven experience delivering multi-residential/apartment projects
  
  
• Strong technical understanding of groundworks, structure, finishes, and handover
  
  
• Ability to lead and coordinate trades in a structured and supportive way
