We are recruiting for multiple full-time, permanent Mechanical Trades Assistants for a global leader in the systems and equipment maintenance of rail and commercial vehicles.

Their facility housed close to Perth (South-Eastern Suburbs), specialises in the manufacture, overhaul, and repair of various railway equipment. These are facility-based roles starting at 6AM or 6:30AM with opportunities for overtime at the end of the shift or on the weekend based on your preferences.

This job would suit someone with

• Hands-on experience as a trades assistant with mechanical background
• Experience disassembling / stripping and cleaning mechanical, pneumatic or related componentry and equipment
• Experience in heavy industries would be valuable (rail, manufacturing, mining, defence, aviation, aerospace, automotive etc.)
