TMJ Clinics is a leading provider in the treatment of TMJ disorders. With multiple clinics and a growing team of clinicians and support staff, we’re committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a strong, supportive workplace culture.

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to help us grow, support, and engage our team across multiple sites. This is a unique hybrid role with a mix of on-site and remote work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, interviews, contracts, and inductions.

HR Coordination: Maintain employee records, support compliance, and assist with general HR queries.

Payroll Support: Approve fortnightly timesheets and manage leave requests.

Learning & Development: Organise training, refresher courses, and CPD tracking.

Culture & Engagement: Promote team connection through events and communication.

Reception Support: Step into reception when needed due to sick leave or staff absences.

About You

Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar admin/coordination role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Confident using Microsoft Office and/or HR platforms

A team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed, including front desk support

Knowledge of Australian employment laws (a bonus, but not essential)
