As a People and Culture Administrator you will..
Your position will be responsible for the provision of accurate, confidential, and professional administrative support to the People & Culture Team. The roles also entails first level advice to management and employees on a diverse range of People and Culture enquiries.
Your days will involve..
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to the People and Culture function including responding to employee queries via the HR Inbox
- Support the People & Culture Team with the administration and coordination of the end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, induction, onboarding, training and development, transfers, working rights / immigration status and terminations.
- Administer people related systems (ConnX, Enboarder, MS Excel, Excelerate, HiBob, etc), ensuring the information is accurate and up to date at all times.
- Assist in the coordination of learning programs, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants
- Coordinate employee engagement activities including assisting with the rewards and recognition program and employee benefits.
- Maintain and update the staff intranet as required.
- Ad-hoc tasks general administration duties as required.
A little bit about you..
- Previous administration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply research methodology to solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Team focused, with a ‘can do’ approach
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
