Key Responsibilities: As our Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.

Processing payroll, including superannuation and PAYG obligations, in compliance with Australian regulations (e.g., Single Touch Payroll).

Maintaining accurate general ledgers and financial records.

Generating financial reports as required by management.

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding financial matters.

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial legislation and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a Bookkeeper role.

Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero is highly regarded.

Solid understanding of Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting) are highly desirable.
