Sunshines - Eat Speak Move
Posted 17 hours ago
At Sunshines – Eat Speak Move, we are more than a workplace. We are a purpose driven, values-led team committed to fostering meaningful connections, inspiring innovation, and achieving excellence together.
We recognise that choosing the right professional environment is a significant decision, and we believe it should be approached with intention. That’s why we offer the opportunity for a values aligned connection before moving into a formal interview. This initial conversation allows us to explore how your aspirations align with our vision, culture, and the dynamic opportunities for growth within our career development framework. We want every team member to feel empowered, supported, and confident that they belong in a workplace that genuinely invests in people and purpose.
Why Join Sunshines – Eat Speak Move?
At Sunshines, we’re redefining what it means to thrive in allied health. We’re building careers AND we’re cultivating purpose, connection, and growth through every conversation, session, and shared win. Guided by our values of Connect, Inspire, Achieve, we’ve created an environment where people feel seen, supported, and deeply valued.
Connect
Step into a truly collaborative space where multidisciplinary care is how we work every day. You’ll be part of a connected, people first team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Client Care Team. Together, we wrap holistic care around every individual and their village, celebrating the power of teamwork in every outcome.
Inspire
At Sunshines, your passions are your compass. Whether you're drawn to early intervention, assistive technology, mental health, neurodiversity affirming practice, or adult rehabilitation, we’re here to help you follow that spark. Our Career Development Framework, paired with dedicated leadership pathways and specialisation streams, allows you to explore and evolve into advanced clinical, educational, or leadership roles with confidence.
Achieve
We’ve designed our systems so you can focus on what matters most: connection and impact.
Here’s how we support your success every step of the way:
Daily access to clinical leaders and supervision: you’re never flying solo
Dedicated Client Care Team: they handle the logistics, so you can focus on therapy
Diverse service delivery: clinic based sessions are our cornerstone, but we also support home, school, community, and/or telehealth delivery to suit your style
Clear and kind KPIs: realistic, sustainable goals that drive growth, not burnout
Work the Sunshines Way
We believe that people do their best work when they feel trusted, energised, and aligned. That’s why we offer flexibility without compromise because when you thrive, so do the people you support.
Flexible hours and autonomy to shape your own schedule
Trust driven culture that values outcomes over micromanagement
