About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and growing team at ACE Physiotherapy Mackay Pty Ltd in Mackay, Queensland. This is a full time or part-time opportunity (depending on experience) to work alongside our 4 highly experienced clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

ACE Physiotherapy Mackay is a locally owned business that provides assessment and care in musculoskeletal, vestibular and women's health physiotherapy.

What you'll be doing

Assess, diagnose and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Working with clients in a variety of settings including sporting injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, work cover, post op care, NDIS, GP care plans and general rehab.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.

Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.

Maintain detailed clinical records and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services

Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy research and practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist who is willing to learn and advance their skill set

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills across a wide range of physiotherapy specialties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and liaise with other healthcare providers

Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and achieving optimal patient outcomes

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Negotiable part time to full time hours and start/finish times. Opportunity to increase hours if desired and as client load grows

High level of supervision and supportive mentoring from 4 physiotherapists all with minimum 10 years experience in MSK, vestibular, sport and rehab physiotherapy

Guaranteed paid on commencement above the award rate (depending on level of experience) and/or commission based pay structure with room to grow (depending on level of experience). All negotiable for the right candidate

Modern new clinic with own consulting rooms in the centre of Mackay close to many referring GP practices and sporting clubs
