About the Role

The main goal of a Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and delivered solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing business value. This role focuses on strategic management, business process analysis, and enterprise-level decision-making to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business: Understand customer and user needs, analyze business processes, and break down solutions into actionable components for implementation.

Strategy: Identify inefficiencies, recommend optimal business practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Tech: Support teams through backlog management, project tracking, functional walkthroughs, and system implementation oversight. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.

Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical and project teams.

Assist with the implementation and oversight of enterprise systems and digital tools.

Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and reviews to ensure alignment across business and technical teams.

What will help you succeed

A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

Proven experience working with both business and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
