Technical Business Analyst's are required to work within an Agile squad on a new multi-year transformation program. There are multiple streams including Data Integration + Software Integration. Previous experience working on REST API’s and documenting API specifications is paramount for this role. Experience with Cloud is also highly regarded.

Responsibilities will include:

• Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
• Work closely with the development teams providing functional and non-functional requirements
• Document Dev ready user stories
• Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
• Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

To be successful for this position you will need to display:

• End-End Business Analysis experience
• Must have strong API experience - Ability to document API specifications or previous experience and knowledge of working with tools such as Swagger
• Data Integration, Data Modelling, Bi Reporting, JSON
• Ideally coming from a technical background, you are comfortable with functional requirements
• Experience with modern cloud platforms, services, and DevOps methodologies, with the ability to support the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic sql queries
• A passion for innovation, Agile and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent verbal communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills with vendors
• Financial Services experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
