Your new opportunity:

Are you a creative and highly detailed Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming ideas into stunning visual realities? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will see you working across a diverse portfolio of projects, from developing innovative concept graphics for exhibition stands to crafting comprehensive style guides for permanent signage and experience centre design projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of print production, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

Expo Project Design & Production: Design innovative concept graphics for exhibition stands, prepare and convert client artwork for print, generate accurate print proofs, and liaise with print suppliers to ensure specifications are met.

Permanent Project Design & Production: Create compelling graphics and comprehensive style guides for small to large scale design projects, convert designs into precise print-ready files, and collaborate with print suppliers.

Internal Marketing & Content Management: Create engaging outreach collateral, maintain marketing collateral and case study packs, and contribute to our new website development and Xzibit branded documents.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential.

High Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Meticulous approach to design, artwork preparation, and proofing.

Client-Facing Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions effectively.

Desirable Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

Pre-press experience.

Prior experience with museum, visitor centre, or expo projects.

5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Experience with Figma.

Video editing and/or animation skills.
