We’re on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Fintech group, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Queensland. You'll be part of a vibrant team of around 65 passionate professionals supporting three innovative and fast-growing brands.

If you’re a designer with a strong understanding of visual communication principles and fantastic attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll be working with a creative marketing team including an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who will provide mentorship and guidance to help unlock your full potential.

About the role:

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with and report to the Senior Graphic Designer. You’ll assist in the creation and delivery of a wide range of visual content across digital and print platforms. From marketing assets and social media content to campaign materials and branded collateral, you’ll help ensure a strong and consistent visual identity across all channels.

What You'll Do

· Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and marketing team to understand project goals and contribute to brand-aligned visual storytelling across multiple brands, special projects, product launches, and key initiatives.

· Assist in creating engaging design assets for digital ads, social media, websites, and EDMs, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand identity.

· Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel by following approved brand guidelines and visual standards.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback, meeting deadlines, and seeing tasks through to completion with high attention to detail.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute original ideas, and stay up to date with design trends and best practices to enhance creative output.

· Maintain organised design files and documentation for easy access and future use, supporting efficient workflows and team collaboration.

What You Bring

· Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital advertising assets and a firm grasp on digital design principles.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft programs and other graphic design software.

· A creative flair balanced with the ability to think outside the box with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members. A strong work ethic with a passion for excellence and a commitment to commit equally within a team.

· Skills in animation are highly regarded
