Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented person with Graphic Design experience to produce visually compelling designs for a variety of print materials. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is effectively translated into high-quality, print-ready designs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong eye for detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Produce custom designs for print products, including but not limited to business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, goals, and preferences. Make adjustments and revisions to designs as needed.

File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring they meet production specifications and quality standards.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with clients’ branding standards.

Production Support: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth transition from design to print, addressing any issues that may arise during the process002E

Inventory and Templates: Organize and maintain a library of design templates, assets, and previous projects for easy reference.

Creative Solutions: Provide creative input and suggestions to clients, helping them solve design problems or improve their projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Graphic Design, preferably in a print environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Knowledge of print production processes, including file setup and colour management.

Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects at once.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both clients and the team.

High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and polished designs.

A portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially print projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with offset and digital printing processes.

Familiarity with other design tools.

Knowledge of typography, layout principles, and colour theory.
