About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with a flair for marketing to join our in-house creative team. This is an exciting, hands-on role with diverse projects across digital and print, perfect for a technically skilled, adaptable designer ready to elevate their craft.

Your day-to-day may include:

Graphic design for print and digital channels

Social media content creation and management

Email marketing using Klaviyo or similar platforms

Product photography and video editing

Product design and packaging development

Collaborating on product launches and campaigns

Exploring AI and other emerging tools to improve creative workflows

About You

You’re a creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude who takes pride in delivering quality work. You're not just a designer—you understand how design supports brand storytelling and customer engagement. You're tech-savvy, open to learning, and motivated to grow with a business that values your input.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar graphic design/marketing role

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or full working rights

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Canva, and cloud-based tools

Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo or similar) and social scheduling tools (Later or similar)

An eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal reminders

A collaborative growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new techniques (especially AI-enhanced tools)

A reliable form of transport and punctual work ethic

Physical and mental fitness to manage the dynamic pace of a creative studio environment
