Workfast is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (HVAC fit-out) on a Permanent basis for our client based in Henderson, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded business delivering HVAC fit-outs for marine projects. You’ll lead a small team and oversee day-to-day production activities in a specialised, high-quality environment.

• $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

What you need:

• Minimum 5 years trade production experience in the marine or naval industry (ship repair or ship building) in the HVAC or mechanical or structural domain
• Demonstrated experience managing a small size workforce (8) and/or subcontractors and with strong leadership skills
• A strong understanding of quality, safety, and environmental management systems with the ability to create a strong safety and high-quality culture
• Attention to details and knowledge/experience of quality control techniques

What you will be doing:

• Supervising and coordinating HVAC fit-out projects in the marine sector
• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines
• Managing labor resources and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring all work is documented properly
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow
• Promoting a safe and efficient work environment for all involved
