About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Verv Residential Pty Ltd in Braddon, ACT. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and maximising returns for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Effectively managing the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and securing quality tenants
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all relevant standards and regulations
• Promptly addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and landlords
• Accurately processing rental payments, managing arrears, and providing detailed financial reporting to landlords
• Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair works, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and best practices, and implementing them within your portfolio

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar property management role, ideally in the residential sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Thorough understanding of the relevant property management legislation and regulations
• Proficient in using property management software and technology to streamline processes
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
