We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Property Manager to join our close-knit team in our centrally located Griffith office - just a two-minute walk from the Manuka shops.

About You:

Honest, reliable and eager to learn

Organised, punctual and committed to high standards of service

Licensed or willing to obtain your Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence (a current driver’s license is required)

Able to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu during the week)

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings

Communicating with landlords and tenants professionally and proactively

Handling leasing enquiries and applications

Maintaining accurate property records and reports

Contributing to our team culture and company success
