The Role: PPTY MGR
Our PPTY MGR, is the heart of our tenancy operations, managing 80-100 properties and growing portfolio. You’ll work closely with the NBHD Team and Directors, building strong relationships and driving portfolio success.

What You’ll Do: KEY TSKS
• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance
• Conduct entry, exit, open and building inspections
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords and trades
• Master property management software like Property Tree, MRI Eagle, or Console Cloud for invoicing, tenant accounts and reporting
• Work with Directors to help manage Trust Account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with legislation and resolve disputes
• Collaborate on strategic planning to grow our portfolio
• Stay on top of CPD compliance and registration

• You hold a current driver’s licence and have a reliable car
• You’re an Australian resident living in or ready to relocate to Canberra
