We're Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

We're a long-standing, successful and contemporary real estate agency looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine their marketing expertise with their interest in real estate. You’ll be playing a key role in shaping our online presence and supporting the marketing needs of our business so that we continue to grow our market share and present a fresh and appealing image to our prospective and current clients (property sellers, buyers and investors).
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Managing and growing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including planning content calendars and posting regularly
Targeted social ads to attract more clients to our business
Creating and editing content—photos, reels, videos, stories—to promote our expert team, current listings, open homes, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes insights
Designing print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, billboard signage, property booklets, and presentation documents
Tracking campaign performance and providing reports or suggestions for improvement
Brainstorming creative ways to boost brand awareness and audience engagement
Who You Are:
You have 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, and digital content creation
You’re confident using Canva or similar design tools
Expertise in social media ads and targeted online campaigns
You’re a strong writer with excellent attention to detail
You understand the importance of brand consistency and visual storytelling
You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks or deadlines
Interest and skills in videography and photography
Experience in or a passion for real estate is a big plus!
