🕒 Contract: 12 months
💰 Hourly Rate: $60.26 + super

About the Role:

As the APS6 Graphic Designer, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality creative solutions across internal communications, digital and print collateral, and corporate publications. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape branding and visual communication strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead creativity and innovation across digital and print communication channels, ensuring brand alignment and accessibility.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously-prioritising, tracking progress, and delivering to deadlines.

Provide strategic creative advice for key initiatives, including high-profile corporate documents like the Annual Report and Corporate Plan.

Develop and maintain agency-branded templates and tools in Microsoft Office.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored design solutions.

Drive improvements in brand consistency, design processes, and creative outputs.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.

Use data insights to enhance design effectiveness and user engagement.

Skills and Experience:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).

Extensive experience managing end-to-end design projects, particularly corporate publications.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and lead change effectively.

Demonstrated leadership in coaching, providing feedback, and cultivating a high-performing team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years in a senior graphic design or similar role.
