About the Role

As the APS6 Graphic Designer, you’ll lead a talented design team delivering digital and print content that’s clear, consistent, and engaging. You’ll guide strategic design direction, ensure brand alignment, and embed accessibility best practices across key communications—including major corporate publications like annual reports and strategic plans.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality creative assets across multiple channels

Provide strategic creative input on internal communications and key organisational initiatives

Manage diverse design projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met

Improve branding consistency and expand creative services through innovative processes

Support staff with user-friendly tools, templates, and brand-compliant resources

What You Will Bring

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office

Experience producing high-level corporate design, ideally including annual reports

Strong knowledge of accessibility and user-centred design principles (e.g., WCAG)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven leadership in fostering a collaborative, high-performing design culture

A tertiary qualification in graphic or communication design (or equivalent)
