Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for an immediate, on-site opportunity in NSW? We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers Administrators in Parkes NSW!

The details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: October 31, 2025
• Pay Rate: $34.59 per hour + Super
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Location: On-site in Parkes NSW (you must be based in NSW to be considered).
• A Police Check is required for this role.

What you'll do:

• Work on-site Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
• Utilise your excellent communication skills to assist customers.
• Perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, administration, or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Computer skills, including strong typing, mouse, and monitor proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• While not required, previous government experience is a bonus.
