Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex customer disputes by reviewing case history, identifying anomalies, and applying business rules and judgment to ensure fair and accurate outcomes.

Perform high-volume, detailed data entry tasks in line with operational standards and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate customer accounts and support debt recovery by processing financial adjustments, reconciling data, monitoring reports, and proactively resolving discrepancies

You

Strong data entry experience and attention to detail.

Proven ability to process financial transactions and customer applications with high accuracy, applying business rules, policies, and sound judgment to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, interpret complex information, and deliver practical recommendations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
