Job Description: As Internal Sales the role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming sales calls, assisting customers with product information queries.

Provide customers with technical details and product information

Interpret technical drawings and information to provide accurate and detailed advice on best products for customers

Prepare quotes and tenders for custom products and provide accurate pricing information.

Communicate collaboratively with sales and manufacturing team

Follow up quotes and support customers with order processing

Support the sales and management team with accurately reporting on technical customer information

Support with service calls

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position or experience in the building or fire protection industry is highly regarded

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
