The Role
We are looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef who can
Execute each station with precision and consistency and lead by example.
Work side by side with our Chef de cuisine and follow direction.
Confidently adhere to ordering systems and execute day to day running of the kitchen.
Uphold the kitchens standards in both food quality and food safety.
Lead the Kitchen in Chefs absence.
This is great opportunity to work in one of Brisbane leading kitchen and working with a Michelin starred chef. There is incredible growth potential within the group.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 3 years' experience in a senior role in a high-end restaurant.
Have a high attention to detail and finesse and ability to uphold high standards
Be organized and have good time management
Have a good attitude and be keen to learn as well as teach others.
Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house
Must be confident in butchery, protein cookery
