About Us

At Beacon Support, we’re a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred, high-quality care to people with complex needs. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for reliable, experienced, and values-aligned female support workers to join our warm and professional team across Brisbane’s Southside. We've supported NDIS participants for over ten years and employ more than 150 staff across the Greater Brisbane Region.

About the Role

This is a meaningful role where you’ll provide direct, hands-on support that enriches our clients’ daily lives. You’ll help them build confidence, independence, and maintain safety and dignity within their homes.

You'll be rostered across day, afternoon, and active night shifts, providing care to participants with diverse physical and complex support needs.

What You'll Need

Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability – or equivalent experience

NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card

Current First Aid & CPR

Driver’s Licence & Reliable Car

Confident, clear English (spoken and written)

A calm, professional and client-focused mindset

Students currently completing Cert III considered
