Monday (fortnightly): 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Monday (weekly): 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday & Friday: Typically 11:30 AM – 3:00 or 4:00 PM

📍 Location: Taigum QLD 4018

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, professional Support Worker to assist a mature female participant with mental health challenges. She’s highly independent, kind, and warm-hearted. Your Responsibilities

Provide respectful and empowering support to a mature female with mental health needs

Assist with household tasks (cleaning, meal prep, laundry, etc.)

Community Access

Work closely with our team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

✔ Mature female with experience supporting older female participants
✔ Strong English communication – both spoken and written
✔ Proven mental health support experience
✔ High level of professionalism and boundary-setting
✔ Strong teamwork skills

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)

Valid driver’s licence

Clean, reliable car with full comprehensive insurance

Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening or willing to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
