You'll Thrive Here If You:

Have 2+ years sales experience, ideally in motorcycle, auto, or lifestyle retail

Are goal-driven, confident, and self-managed—you don't need micromanaging to deliver

Love motorcycles and the riding lifestyle (whether you're new or seasoned)

Can use CRMs or lead tools effectively (or learn quickly)

Experience with CRM/inventory systems (e.g., Hubspot, Square) preferred

Are excited to be part of ride days, community events, and content creation

Want to grow with a progressive, independent dealership that values culture as much as results

Hold a valid Australian driver's licence

Have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work full-time
