About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Ray White TMG, you’ll be joining a dynamic team working with some of the Gold Coast’s top-performing agents. This isn’t just a job - it’s your pathway to becoming a top-tier agent in your own right. What you’ll do:

Support Elite Agents: Partner with top Gold Coast agents to deliver exceptional property campaigns.

Build Buyer Relationships: Manage buyer databases, coordinate inspections, and provide the highest level of care to our clients.

Tailored Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with our marketing team to craft innovative, high-impact campaigns for every property.

Strategic Sales Assistance: Help execute property negotiations and contribute to achieving outstanding sales results.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

A Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential).

A proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate experience preferred but not essential).
