About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-time sales support role. You’ll work closely with an award-winning agent and get real, frontline experience in residential real estate. Your work will help drive results, support clients, and build your pathway toward becoming a top sales agent.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new business through cold calling and door knocking

Host and manage professional open homes and private inspections

Follow up with buyer leads and assist with negotiations

Coordinate marketing, property prep, and client communication

Provide first-class service to sellers and buyers

Stay up to date with market activity and listing stock

About You:

You’re driven, confident, and love talking to people

You’re not afraid of hard work and want to learn from the best

You have (or are working towards) your real estate certificate

You hold a valid driver’s license and own transport

You’re well-presented, organised, and committed to professional growth

You’re flexible to work some weekends
