About the role
We are a boutique law firm based in the Adelaide CBD, practicing primarily in family law and wills and estates. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to provide valuable administrative support to our team.
What you'll be doing
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Diary management
Greeting and welcoming clients
Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry
General housekeeping and light cleaning duties
Assisting with various other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous Reception experience preferred, but not essential
Strong literacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with use of computer programs (such as MS Office, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to learn and apply new skills
