Our purpose-built, dual-level centre offers light-filled classrooms and expansive outdoor play areas. Our Nursery Room, known as the Picasso Room, provides a calm and flexible environment where infants can explore and interact under the guidance of our educators.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, through a play-based curriculum tailored to individual developmental needs

A little bit about the role:

Our Picasso Room can cater for up to 12 children aged 0-2years old each day. In this role you will be responsible for:

Creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate program aligned with the EYLF

Fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your care

Leading and mentoring a team of Educators, promoting best practices in early childhood education

Building strong, respectful relationships with families, ensuring open and effective communication

Maintaining accurate documentation of children's progress and developmental milestones

This position is fulltime working across 5 days per week on a rotating roster of 6.30am-6.30pm

Our idea of a superstar Lead Educator is someone with:

A Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting

A deep understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates and a valid WWCC
