About you:

• Happy to relocate to regional NSW, approximately 4-5 hours away from Sydney
• Bachelor or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
• Be registered with NESA for teacher accreditation (Provisional or Full)
• Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care service
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Early Childhood Code of Ethics
• Confident in curriculum planning, documentation, and delivering engaging learning experiences
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality early education
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships available for this role)

About the Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality, play-based curriculum
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with a passionate team of educators in a supportive environment
• Ensure learning experiences align with the EYLF and NQS
• Maintain accurate documentation of children’s learning and development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Participate in ongoing reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives
