About the role

ASPIRE Education is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners. This is a full-time position, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support the holistic development of children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional skills
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning and support each child's unique needs
• Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning and wellbeing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the early childhood program and participate in professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• A valid teaching registration or working towards registration in the state of New South Wales
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and play-based pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to inclusive practices and a deep passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
