Bright Stars Kindergarten are seeking motivated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team.
We have two locations based in Penrith and Cambridge Park and have been proudly supporting our local community for over 15 years.

Ideally we would love to hear from people who like working with the younger ages such as babies and toddlers. We would love for you to work alongside the Educational Leader and other Early Childhood Teachers to continue developing a robust and holistic curriculum for children of all ages!

• Christmas period closure so you can unwind and spend much needed time with your family PLUS additional birthday and celebration leave
• our uniform policy is quite simple, dress appropriately to work with children - black knee length shorts do not make you a better Educator!
• staggered enrolments throughout the year so children and Educators have time to build relationships and settle into their new environment. We enrol to our capability not capacity, we don't want to lose our Educators to burn out or unrealistic environments
• a management team that wants you to succeed in Early Education and will train you in various leadership roles including account and enrolment software so you can progress into management yourself
• a calendar of events - know what's on and when for the whole year so you can plan, including staff meetings and social events. BSK will not guilt you into volunteering your time for events, we pay for all outside hours!

Essential Criteria:

• ACECQA approved early childhood teaching qualification and NESA registration, or a Diploma qualification and working towards ECT.
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
• experience is not a must, new graduates or those returning to work are encouraged to apply!
