As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to help safeguard our legal interests and enable our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support across all aspects of the business, including commercial contracts, employment, property, consumer law, and compliance.

Prepare, review, and negotiate a range of agreements, from supplier and dealer contracts to employment and confidentiality agreements.

Monitor and advise on legislative and regulatory developments affecting the automotive industry.

Identify legal risks and propose strategies to minimize and resolve disputes.

Liaise with external lawyers when specialized legal expertise is required.

Develop and implement internal policies to help the business operate in a legally compliant and efficient manner.

Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters and best practices.

About You:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or JD) and admission to practice in Australia.

Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in a commercial or in-house role.

Knowledge: Familiar with Australian corporate, commercial, and consumer law. Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.

Attitude: Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a growing, innovative business.
