D365 CRM Developer – 12-Month Government Contract

Location: Canberra, ACT | Hybrid (Min 3 Days In-Office per Week)

Pay Rate: Competitive – $1250 Per Day, Plus Super

Clearance: Must Hold Baseline Security Clearance

Contract Duration: 12 Months + 2 x 12-Month Extensions

The Opportunity
Apply to Join the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) as a D365 CRM Developer and play a key role in building, optimising, and maintaining mission-critical CRM systems that directly support national maritime safety.

They are seeking a technically sharp, collaborative professional who thrives in high-performing, close-knit teams and is driven by purpose and performance.

This is an exciting 12-month contract with potential extensions of up to 2 additional years. You’ll work within a hybrid environment (minimum three days in-office) in Canberra. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both autonomy and collaboration in small, agile ICT teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Developing and integrating modern web technologies including JavaScript, C#, ASP.Net, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS.
• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of PowerApps and PowerBI dashboards.
• Leveraging Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support build/test/deploy automation.
• Contributing to team knowledge-sharing, documentation, and technical problem solving.

Key RequirementsEssential Criteria

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 configuration and solution design.
• Deep knowledge of D365 configuration best practices.
• Proven experience with web development tools and modern tech stacks including JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, CSS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with business stakeholders and small cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PowerApps and PowerBI implementations.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
