Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, process products for dispatch, assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders, program devices and pack products for dispatch.
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding SureSafe personal alarms.
Enter customer details on a daily basis to our CRM.
Provide product information, pricing, and guidance on selecting the best alarm for customers' needs.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and usage.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/shipping portals.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and live chat platforms.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
