Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for IT projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure alignment on project goals.

Support the development of business process models, workflows, and use cases.

Assist in data analysis, report generation, and the interpretation of trends to support decision-making.

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation of test cases and results.

Work closely with IT teams to support the implementation and integration of software solutions.

Provide end-user training and support for IT systems and tools.

Help prepare business and technical documentation, including requirements specifications and user manuals.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process enhancements.
