About the Role:
TRS Resourcing is seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters for permanent positions at Bucher Municipal's state-of-the-art facility in Clayton South. The role involves two-pack spray painting of municipal vehicles in a new-build workshop environment.

Successful candidates can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand (pre-prep) and mask off vehicles to a professional, high standard.
• Colour match and mix paints according to build specifications.
• Apply primer and finishing coats using HVLP spray guns.
• Interpret workshop drawings and build specification sheets.
• Prioritise work tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial two-pack spray painting, preferably on trucks, trailer bodies, or agricultural equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet production deadlines.
• Based in Melbourne, Victoria, with the right to work in Australia.
• Own tools and appropriate PPE.
• Spray Painter trade qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Two professional references from previous employers.
