Terranora Bakehouse is a family-owned business committed to quality and community. We're currently seeking a qualified Senior Pastry Chef to join our team.
This is a full-time position, five days per week, including one weekend day. All shifts start in the early morning, and flexibility is required during peak periods.

Role will include:
- Production of high-quality pastry items that meet the expectations of our team and customers.
- Assisting with cost analysis to help support the bakery’s financial goals.
- Helping plan daily operations in the pastry section, with consideration for dietary needs.
- Supporting the implementation of Health and Safety practices for proper labeling, storage, and handling.
- Adhering to certain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Keeping accurate records of food production and waste.
- Coordinating daily supplier orders based on current needs.
- Providing guidance and training to team members in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Abilities:
- Able to work with a team and have a positive demeanor.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Availability:
- A set roster of early morning shifts of five per week, including one weekend day (approximately 40 hours). Flexibility is needed during peak periods.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $70,000- $80,000 annually

Schedule: 8-hour shifts for 5 days per week

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience: Min 3 years as a Senior Pastry Chef (Preferred)

Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)

Expected Start Date: 11/08/2025
