The Role

Installing Ducted Air Conditioning systems into existing residential homes.

Team Leader of an installation team

What we require from you

Past or similar on site work experience with the installation of domestic evaporative and reverse cycle ducted systems.

Ability to work in 1.2m restrictive spaces

Customer service and a good level of communication

Priority work during Oct - Feb summer demand period

Career minded to be the best

Willing to attend out of hours established training courses

Be honest and trustworthy

Current "C" class manual drivers license

Must be an Australian resident with no restriction to work

Provide 3-months intense and ongoing training

A fully equipped installation vehicle and employee trainee assistant

An Installations Department with experienced staff to support you

Tools required to conduct an installation

The Offer

Full-time permanent employment

$ 75,000 - $ 85,000 commencement (depending on experience) plus the ability to earn additional profit share
