About the Role
Full-time positions (38 hours/week + overtime) are available in our Service / FDHVAC department. You'll be based at our Kardinya Head Office.

We’re seeking skilled and capable tradespeople who can hit the ground running, support apprentices, and contribute across the board. With long-term projects and growth opportunities, this is a solid career move for the right person.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience with ducted AC, wall splits, floor consoles, and cassettes
✔ Basic understanding of VRV/VRF systems
✔ Strong AC&R knowledge
✔ Solid grasp of OHS procedures
✔ Clear communication skills with clients and office staff
✔ Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime when required

Essential Qualifications

Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)

Full trade certification

WA Restricted Electrical Licence

WA Manual Driver’s Licence

White Card
