🔧 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Mechanic
📍 Mandurah & Surrounds | 💰 $50–$60 per hour + super + vehicle + phone allowance
🛠️ Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
We can also look at a part time position 3-4 days a week if someone is looking to do reduced hours.
We’re on the hunt for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Mechanic to join our growing team, servicing the Mandurah and Peel region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Service, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial air conditioning.
Diagnosing faults and providing efficient, high-quality solutions
Working independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Delivering excellent customer service across a variety of sites
What We’re Looking For:
Trade qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
ARC tick licence
Manual driver’s licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Good communication and time management
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Sound understanding of control systems and be able to relay instructions to clients.
What You’ll Get:
$50–$60 per hour (based on experience)

Great hours (7am - 3pm) - Vast majority of our work is residential so there is no need for after hours work or being on call during evenings or weekends….get your work/life balance right! (no FIFO or long drives)
