The Opportunity

As an Air Conditioning Installer, you'll tackle a diverse range of residential and light commercial projects, including both new builds and existing homes. While you'll enjoy the independence of working autonomously, you'll always have the full backing of our supportive team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Executing high-quality installations of ducted air conditioning units.

Interpreting plans and technical drawings with precision.

Ensuring all installations meet strict Australian standards and industry best practices.

Delivering outstanding customer service and representing Ford & Doonan with professionalism.

Accurately completing all necessary job documentation and reports.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following essential requirements:

An Australian Driver's License.

Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a Cert II split ticket.

A current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).

A White Card (General Construction Induction).

Proven experience in installing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.

We're looking for someone who is well-organized with a keen eye for detail, a confident communicator, and a true team player. You're punctual, reliable, self-driven, and approach every task with a positive attitude and professional presentation. The ability to problem-solve on-site and work independently is crucial.

Please note: You must currently reside in and be eligible to work in Australia, and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance.
