A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Facility Manager to join a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider in the Yass region. The Role

As the Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of this medium-sized residential aged care facility. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team while ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained.

• 👥 Structure: FM > 2x Care Managers > Quality Coordinator > Lifestyle Coordinator > RNs > Care Staff

Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
• In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and continuous service improvement
