Facility Manager (Aged Care)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Facility Manager to join a leading Aged Care provider based a couple of hours drive from Sydney. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the clinical, operational, and financial management of a medium-sized aged care facility, supported by a Care Manager and a strong clinical care team.

This position is perfect for an operationally focused Facility Manager seeking their next challenge, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will bring proven leadership capabilities and aged care management experience to the role.

About You:

• AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) is highly desirable, with proven experience in Residential Manager/Facility Manager positions within residential aged care
• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets and driving occupancy
• Previous experience leading a clinical team through accreditation process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
